SAFE-GUARD® DRUG 20% PREMIX (0.5% CRUMBLES) (DILUTED) (Merck Animal Health), should be listed on page 85 of the Trade Name and Ingredient Index, under 'fenbendazole'.
On page 101 of the Trade Name and Ingredient Index, 'SAFE-GUARD® DRUG 20% PREMIX (0.5% CRUMBLES) (DILUTED) (Merck Animal Health), fenbendazole' should also be listed.

Pyrahist-10 (Rafter 8) shown on page 722, listed the incorrect dosage and meat/milk withdrawal times.
The Dosage was shown for Cattle, Horses and Swine as 2 mL per 50 kg body weight but should have been listed as 1 mL per 45 kg of body weight.
The Milk withdrawal time was listed as 96 hours and should have been listed as 48 hours
The Meat withdrawal time was listed as 14 days but should have been listed as 7 days.

SUPER SCOUR CALF BOLUS (Dominion), page 79 -- There was an error in the ingredients listed in the Trade Name and Ingredient Index.
The ingredients stated were: cobalt, hyoscyamine sulfate, kaolin, neomycin sulfate, pectin, sulfaguanadine, sulfathiazole, vitamin A.
It should read: atropine sulfate, hyoscyamine sulfate, kaolin, neomycin sulfate, pectin, sulfaguanadine, sulfathiazole, vitamin A.
